Dancing With the UML Stars a huge Success!

The second-annual Dancing With the UML Stars went up last night, and it was phenomenal. The club certainly met the challenge of being "bigger and better." Everything was better, from the dancing itself to costumes to lights and sound. Most importantly, the bottom line was better.

The event raised $1,345 for the Relay For Life.

Congratulations to everyone, especially the Stars, their partners, and all of the supporting club members.

Lesson Schedule

This is the schedule for the rest of the Spring 2009 semester. This schedule is for the Sunday lessons, including Student Club and Community Club.

All lessons take place in the Campus Recreation Center.

If you have not danced at all before, we recommend taking the Beginner Instructional Class, which is taught on Thursdays each semester.

Summer Club Practices begin on Wednesday, June 9, 2009

Marks from BU Competition are up!

On Sunday, February 22, 2009 UMass Lowell competed at the 8th Annual Boston University Terrier Dancesport Competition.

Community Ballroom Club

New for 2009!

UMass Lowell is proud to announce the Community Ballroom Club, allowing anyone in the Lowell area community to take part in the fun and unique club ballroom experience. Last Year's Show

This page is about last year's show, which was a great success! Hundreds of people came out on a hot Wednesday night to see their favorite teacher dance, and with them a good sum of money was raised for Relay For Life. The audience voted and here are the results.

Tufts Results

Full results are in from the 2008 Tufts Competition, held on December 7, 2008.
