President - Kristyne GambinoThe President is responsible for all club and team operations, including the the non-competitive aspects of the club. The President is specifically in charge of the educational component of the organization, which includes setting up lessons, managing the Instructional Class, and managing relations with vendors and equipment sponsors.
Captain - Katy CainThe Captain is responsible for the competitive aspect of the club. It is the duty of the Captain to plan trips to competitions, ensure club competitors are properly and legally registered, and to ensure club members are properly prepared to the best of their ability to compete.
Secretary - Erin Graceffa
The Secretary is responsible for record-keeping and clerical duties of the Club. The Secretary maintains attendance records and ensures club members are properly registered with the Club and the Recreation Center. In addition to normal clerical duties, the secretary is responsible for promotional materials and establishing a presence in the University newspaper.
Treasurer - Marcelle DurrenbergerThe Treasurer is responsible for management of the club budget. The Treasurer collects and records dues and competition fees as well as disburses funds to events and competitions on behalf of the club. The treasurer works closely with the Director of Club Sports to maintain accurate financial record-keeping and to have checks generated in the University name.
Faculty Advisors - Ed Jahngen & Pam JahngenThe Faculty Advisor Advisor shall approval of budgets, assist and aid in the management of club funds and activities, attend meetings/events in order to stay in touch with the operations of the Club, serve as a source of information and counseling for the club as well as its members, serve as a liaison between club and university, provide guidance and general direction to the Club. Dance Coach - Amanda ClarkThe coach is not an officer, but is an integral component of the club. The coach is here to teach and train the art and sport of ballroom dance, and is not allowed to be involved in the management of the club.
